Booking Confirmation:
All reservations are subject to availability. A confirmation email will be sent once your booking is secured. Please ensure all details are correct, as we may be unable to accommodate changes on the day of your visit.
Arrival Time:
Guests are kindly asked to arrive on time. We offer a 15-minute grace period; beyond this, your table may be released to accommodate other guests.
Late Arrivals:
If you’re running late, please contact us as soon as possible. While we’ll make every effort to hold your table, we cannot guarantee availability more than 15 minutes past your reservation time.
Group Bookings:
For groups of 5 or more, a deposit is required to confirm your booking. This deposit becomes non-refundable if the booking is cancelled less than 48 hours before your reservation, or in the event of a no-show.
Cancellations:
We kindly ask that any cancellations be made at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations within this time frame for group bookings will result in loss of the deposit.
No-Shows:
In the case of a no-show without prior notice, KYMA Crosby reserves the right to charge £10 per person to cover costs and lost availability.
Dress code
Smart casual required.
No Kids allowed Saturdays Only!
